You must be:
> Friendly, motivated and enthusiastic
>18+ yrs
> Have a drivers license and car
Desirable qualifications are
> 1st aid certificate
> Bronze medallion
> 5 yrs surfing experience.

New Excursions for School Groups.

We still do surfing for schools but this year we have added some sugar, spice and everything nice. How would you like to surf your brains out, explore your big top aspirations at the circus and recline at a beachside Resort?
Schools can organise everything separately or for no extra cost get our office to assemble and your excursion. Students are guaranteed a time they won’t forget. We are the first organisation in Australia to offer all of these things so jump on board with:

Energy Muffins

Some groups have been lucky enough to wrap their laughing gear around these muffins. Here is the recipe for all you budding cooks....
2 C Flour
1/2 C Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
1/2 C Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 C Peeled Apples Chopped
2 C Grated Carrot
1 or 2 Old Bananas mashed
1/2 C Raisons Chopped
1/2 C Sliced Almonds
1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon
2. In another large bowl combine beaten eggs, oil, milk and vanilla
3. Add the 'wet' ingredients to the dry ones and fold in remaining ingredients
4. Grease muffin tray and fill up with mixture
5. Bake for 20-25 min at 180 degrees celsius.

After School Surfing

After School Surfing is on again for the local Eurobodalla kids. You can surf as cruisy or as hard core as you like and have a giggle and a chat with everyone in the water.
Price: $12 per lesson or $80 for the 8 week term.
Where: Tues - Denhams Beach
Wed – Cookies Beach in South Durras
Thur – Denhams Beach
Time: 4:00 – 5:30
When: All Term 4 & All Term 1 in 2010
Who: Local kids from 6yrs – 18 yrs. As long as you can swim.
What to bring: Swimmers, towel and $12 or $80
How to get there: Denhams Beach - Catch school bus and dismount at ‘Denhams Beach Bus Stop’ on beach road.
Walk to Denhams Beach (2 min)
Durras – Catch school bus to Durras and dismount at Durras shop. Walk to Sth end of Cookies beach (5 min)
What’s provided: Soft surfboards, wetsuits, rash shirts, tuition, fun,safe and social environment
